Biography

Danielle takes a comprehensive approach to planning by taking a step back, listening carefully, asking the right questions and designing a plan in concert  with her client’s other advisers to preserve their wealth and vision of the future for subsequent generations.

Danielle focuses her practice on helping individuals, families, businesses and non-profit organizations design a plan to meet their long-term goals and objectives with an emphasis on tax minimization and asset preservation.  Danielle has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the fields of of trusts & estates, business law and tax law.

Danielle began her legal career as a paralegal for a trusts & estates law firm in New York while attending law school in the evenings full time.  After earning her law degree and graduating in the top of her class, she worked in the international tax department of a fortune 500 company while obtaining an advanced degree in tax law from New York University.  Danielle then went on to work in the trust department of one of the world’s largest asset management groups, where she managed and oversaw high net-worth accounts.

Seeking a lifestyle change, Danielle landed in Boise Idaho for a couple of Idaho’s most respected trusts & estates and business planning law firms, where she implemented sophisticated techniques to build estate and business succession plans to transfer leadership and wealth to the next generation, while saving millions of dollars in taxes.  Danielle formed Pare Law, PLLC in 2017.

 

Danielle lives in Boise Idaho with her husband, Scott Swanson, who is a patent & trademark attorney, their children Annabel, Madison and Brooks and their two dogs, Cooper the lab and Vandal the wirehaired pointing griffon.  Danielle enjoys spending time with her family fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, backpacking, cooking, giving back to the community and exploring all of the great things the state of Idaho has to offer.
